CAIPA participated in the China Day Community Fair in Brooklyn yesterday. Our Vice President Dr. Jonathan Chang attended the event and met with the NYC Council Member Justin Brannan and the NYPD Brooklyn South Chief Michael Kemper. Thousands of people gathered together to celebrate China Day with elected officials and community leaders.
