Dr. George Liu and CAIPA were honored by U.S. Congress Member Grace Meng

On Feb 5th, 2023 – U.S. Congress Member Grace Meng honored Dr. George Liu and CAIPA at the Lunar New Year Celebration with NYC Comptroller Brad Lander and City Council Member Sandra Ung.
