As you may know, CAIPA MSO is a Great Place to Work company, the first Asian Management Service Organization to be certified in New York. CAIPA MSO not only cares about our team members and the providers we service, but we also care about the Earth we live in. We are recognized as a New York Clean Air Champion where we utilized carpooling and other forms of shared transportation to decrease gas emissions. Our COO Peggy Sheng worked closely with the Tzu-Chi Foundation to provide uniforms to our team members made from recycled water bottles. CAIPA MSO also advocates using reusable utensils and crockery and is made available to all our office kitchens for team members to utilize.

To fulfill our Corporate Social Responsibility, CAIPA MSO has partnered with 511 Rideshare and pledged for Earth Month. A little history of how CAIPA MSO got involved. We signed up with 511 Rideshare in 2018 with the mindset of finding better ways of commute as well as a backup commute for our team members to and from work. Through this partnership, we were able to provide a $300 emergency voucher to our team members.

We are proud to announce that we won Second Place for this initiative. From this Earth Day event companies that participated include and not limited to Columbia, NYU Langone, Montefiore Hospital, Northwell, Elmhurst hospital just to name a few. Furthermore, during the Earth Month celebration, CAIPA MSO is also recognized for “Reducing the Most Greenhouse Gas Emission!” We are very grateful for this accomplishment and be able to protect the Earth one step at a time.
