CAIPA participated in the Community Safety Fair organized by the NYC Mayor’s Office in Manhattan Chinatown! Thank you to the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and APAPA for co-organizing such a great event with the NYC Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs, NYC Commission On Human Rights, and many city agencies that came to provide information and support to our community!
CAIPA’s primary care physician, Dr. Diana Zheng, conducted a Bone Health educational seminar for the seniors of the Chinese Planning Council in Flushing. CAIPA collaborated with United Healthcare for the event.

CAIPA Board Member Dr. Yick Moon Lee attended the Little Baby Face Foundation, where he also serves as a Board member. Since 2002, the foundation has transformed over 500 children from 20 countries for free. World-class surgeons have donated their time and expertise to change these children’s lives forever.
CAIPA’s President & CEO was invited by NYS Governor Kathy Hochul to attend the 2024 State Budget Bill signing ceremony. We extend our gratitude to Governor Hochul, Mayor Adams, and the District Attorneys for working together to strengthen public safety and protect New Yorkers!
On April 28th, 2023. Queens Borough President Donovan Richards invited CAIPA to attend State of the Borough 2023.
On April 26th, 2023. Apex for Youth held its 31st Inspiration Awards Gala.CAIPA President & CEO Dr. George Liu and board advisor Dr. James Chang Supported APEX for Youth for many years. The Gala fundraising a record-breaking $3.2 million for empowering underserved Asian American immigrant youth in NYC and beyond.
CAIPA MSO has just accomplished two Mental Health First Aid Adult (MHFA) and Youth Version trainings in Mandarin for our community!
