CAIPA participated in the Community Safety Fair organized by the NYC Mayor’s Office in Manhattan Chinatown! Thank you to the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and APAPA for co-organizing such a great event with the NYC Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs, NYC Commission On Human Rights, and many city agencies that came to provide information and support to our community!

Since 2002, the foundation has transformed over 500 children from 20 countries for free. World-class surgeons have donated their time and expertise to change these children’s lives forever.

On April 26th, 2023. Apex for Youth held its 31st Inspiration Awards Gala.CAIPA President & CEO Dr. George Liu and board advisor Dr. James Chang Supported APEX for Youth for many years. The Gala fundraising a record-breaking $3.2 million for empowering underserved Asian American immigrant youth in NYC and beyond.
