1. 保持活動 

避免長時間維持同一姿勢。久坐辦公時應每15分鐘起來伸展一下。坐在家裡看書或看電視時也應這麼做。 

 

2. 使用您較強的關節和肌肉 

為保護手指和腕關節,用手臂側面或肩膀去推開重的門。走樓梯時,為了減輕對臀部或膝蓋的壓力,應讓較強的腿先上樓,較弱的腿先下樓。 

 

3. 提前做好計劃  

簡化並重新安排日常活動,減少引起疼痛或困難的動作。將烹飪、清潔或其他活動所需的物品放在易拿的地方。 

 

4. 使用輔助工具 

簡单的小工具能使日常活動,如烹飪或穿衣變得輕鬆。長柄夾子能助您獲取難拿的物 品。橡膠握把能助您更好地控制筆和餐具等物品。您可在藥房、醫療用品店或網上找到 這些適合關節炎患者使用的輔助工具。

5. 尋求幫助 

許多患者擔心過度依賴他人,但實際上只有極少數會因關節炎而患嚴重殘疾。治療關節炎不僅是身體上的挑戰,也是心理上的挑戰。因此,您應向家人朋友講解關節炎對您造成的影響,並在需要時勇敢求助。
