Now Hiring – Medical Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Medical Assistant to join our outpatient medical practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign patients to rooms and obtain vital signs
- Assist physicians with examinations and procedures
- Perform EKGs, injections, and basic lab procedures
- Manage patient flow and ensure timely care
- Accurately document patient information in the EMR system
- Handle phone calls, messages, and patient follow-ups
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
- Knowledge of ECW EMR system
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CMA or RMA certification preferred
- Candidates without certification must have relevant clinical experience
- Must be fluent in Mandarin
Compensation
- $21–$23 per hour, based on experience
