Chinese American Independent Practice Association (CAIPA) proudly participated in the 2026 Lunar New Year Parade in Flushing, one of the largest Lunar New Year celebrations in New York City. The event brought together thousands of residents, community organizations, and elected officials to celebrate the Year of the Horse with vibrant floats, lion dances, and cultural performances.
CAIPA President and CEO Dr. George C.K. Liu joined members of the CAIPA team and community leaders at the parade, celebrating the rich cultural heritage of the Asian American community. CAIPA’s participation highlights the organization’s ongoing commitment to supporting community events and strengthening connections with the diverse communities it serves throughout New York.
