Description Of The Job
The Division of Inpatient Medicine at Maimonides Medical Center, a Tertiary Academic Medical Center in Brooklyn NY, is recruiting faculty hospitalists (board certified/board eligible in internal medicine and eligible for medical licensure in NY State) to care for our Chinese-American patients admitted to the Medical Service.
Full time day positions are available for physicians with leadership experience as well as junior attendings who want to develop their career in a dynamic and expanding Division. Our hospitalists play a central role in enhancing the quality of patient care and medical education. Proficiency in Mandarin and or Cantonese is essential for this position. Opportunities are available in quality and patient safety initiatives, house staff and medical student education, and research.
