CAIPA is thrilled to launch the CAIPA at Home program, in partnership with technology partner Claris Healthcare. CAIPA at Home is an innovative initiative for older adults and their caregivers to empower and support them with direct, accessible care right in the comfort of the patient’s own home.
Through the ability to connect to the patients and caregivers with digital devise, our initiative offers communication, health monitoring, and seamless connections for patients to their primary care doctors, teams, and loved ones.
