Quality Associate

Description

The Quality Associate is responsible for the planning, organization and successful execution of quality programs. The Quality Associate will work closely with physicians, office staff and CAIPA Account Executives to facilitate quality improvement activities so measurable metrics set by the quality programs can be achieved. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor quality performance
  • Run analytics to identify poor performers and develop action plan to improve performance
  • Generate gaps in care reports and coordinate with Provider Engagement team to facilitate provider outreach and engagement
  • Assist providers with quality gap closures through 1-on-1 education and coaching
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with external stakeholders
  • Prioritize and complete assigned projects timely
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
  • All other job duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required with emphasis in business administration or Health care preferred 
  • Knowledge of NCQA HEDIS and CMS STARs programs required
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiples tasks and priorities 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Access
  • Willing to travel about 20% of the time
